The College Writing Program seeks a dependable student worker for the 2019-20 school year to assist with filing, data entry, copying & scanning, shredding, and other light clerical duties 5-8 hours each week.

The assistant may also work on special projects, including creating and managing Qualtrics surveys, creating posters and other advertising materials for the College Writing Program, database management, and some library research.

The strongest candidates for this position will have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong computer skills. Advanced knowledge of Google Suite is highly desired. Any experience with Qualtrics, WordPress, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications are a bonus.

This position will require you to work at least 5 hours each week in Pardee 319 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The right candidate may be permitted to work a few additional hours independently.

Dependability and reliability are a must. If you cannot commit to a regular schedule, show up on time, and work with minimal supervision, we will not be able to keep you on in this position.
